As many of you have already heard, we are offering you a CHALLENGE during the month of November: Dive into YOUR practice!

A challenge to build your daily practice and to take care of yourself both physically and mentally. We know online practice can be difficult, but what if we used the time on our mat as a tool for self care and as a tool to help us face our obstacles, to reinforce the strength of our mind, and find balance through this chaos. 


Let’s take control of what we can control and  commit to rolling out our mat every day rain or shine.
