Intensive training 200H
23RD OF FEBRUARY TIL 26TH OF maRCH
tUESDAY TO FRIDAY
8AM TO 5PM
THE TRAINING IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE IN A LIVE, IN-PERSON FORMAT OR ONLINE! YOUR CHOICE!
You are expected to attend every session offered for the duration of the five weekends. Missed sessions are difficult, if not impossible to make up, even with personal study and homework. The live sessions will be mixed format, including physical practice, guided discussions, personal reflections, teaching practice, and lecture-based. We will have small group moments, where individual voices can be heard more readily, and larger group activities where we all share an experience, as well as personal moments to reflect, practice, and study independently.
Training will be held in studio at Espace 215 for in-person participants and online using the ZOOM platform. For each module, there will be some pre-recorded material, and LIVE or IN-PERSON studio sessions with your instructors and the group. These sessions will take place in our scheduled class time (see schedule above). Depending on the size of the group you will have the opportunity to participate in a minimum of 50% – 75% of the training IN-PERSON, however 100% can be done online if you choose.
Expect dynamic sessions with periods for practice and reflection, listening and discussion, both individually and as a group. The “LIVE” or “IN PERSON” schedule has been somewhat reduced, integrating the pre-recorded material, home practices and homework to avoid screen burnout.
Inclusivity // we wish to remain accessible to you. For participants who are vulnerable or have a family member who is at risk, taking the training in-person at our studio might be a real source of anxiety and worry. In order to provide the safest environment for ALL. We will prioritize in-class sessions for those that prefer face-to-face.
The hybrid model means that the online component will have an especially high quality and participants joining online will be visible to the in-person group, teamed up for group activities, and integrated into discussions. We have honed our online presence and use all the tools at our disposal to create community and closeness.
Should local health recommendations change during the training we will switch to an entirely online format. Be assured that we have an excellent set-up and team in place to support the online experience, ensuring its richness and intimacy.
